Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mkt-Viper, we specialize in providing high-quality digital trading indicators and software. Due to the nature of our products (proprietary intellectual property and digital code), our refund policy is strict. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)

Once access to our indicators (Mkt-Viper Pro, Mkt-Viper Edge, or Mkt-Viper Momentum Oscillator) has been delivered to your TradingView account, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons to include but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after access is granted.

  • Inability to use the product due to lack of trading knowledge.

  • Dissatisfaction with the indicator’s trading signals or performance.

  • Financial losses incurred while using our tools.

2. THE ONLY EXCEPTION: PRE-DELIVERY REFUNDS

We acknowledge that mistakes happen during the checkout process. Therefore, we offer a refund only in the following specific scenario:

  • Eligibility: You have purchased a subscription or lifetime license, BUT Mkt-Viper has not yet granted "Invite-Only" access to your provided TradingView username.

  • The Cut-Off Point: Once our system or team has manually or automatically added your username to the "Invite-Only" list on TradingView, the product is considered "Delivered," and the right to a refund expires immediately.

How to Request a Pre-Delivery Refund:
If you have just purchased and wish to cancel before we activate your access, you must email us immediately with the subject line: "Cancellation Request - Order #[Order Number]".

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

For Monthly and Annual subscriptions:

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to the indicators until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not prorate or refund unused days or months if you cancel partway through a billing cycle.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES & PLATFORM DEPENDENCY

We do not issue refunds for technical issues related to the TradingView platform itself, including but not limited to:

  • TradingView server outages.

  • Changes to TradingView’s pricing or account tiers.

  • User-side internet connection issues.

If you are experiencing technical trouble loading our indicators, please contact our support team via Discord or Email. We will work with you to resolve the issue to ensure the product functions as intended.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your bank or credit card provider after access has been delivered will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your license and a permanent ban from Mkt-Viper services and communities.
