Indicator Nature: Our tools are "Real-Time" technical studies that analyze past and current price action. They cannot predict the future with certainty.

Repainting Disclosure:

Entry Signals: Our primary Buy/Sell signals (Arrows/Triangles) are "Non-Repainting" once the candle has closed.
Structural Tools: Certain features, specifically the Smart Support & Resistance Grid and Geometric Patterns, utilize "Dynamic Object Regeneration." This means lines may update, merge, or be removed as new price action invalidates old structure. This is a functional feature intended to keep charts clean and up to date with the most recent market conditions, not a defect.

Platform Dependency: Mkt-Viper operates exclusively within the TradingView environment. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data feed latencies, or platform-wide updates by TradingView that may temporarily affect the functionality of our scripts.

1. Third-Party Data
   The data used to generate Mkt-Viper signals comes from your specific broker or exchange feed via TradingView. Mkt-Viper does not control this data. We accept no liability for losses caused by bad tick data, exchange outages, or price discrepancies between different data feeds.

    2.  Hypothetical Performance (CFTC Rule 4.41)
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading.
